Rules of accommodation at the Retro Palace Hotel

1. Check-in: Check-in starts at 14:00. Early check-in is possible subject to availability and may require additional payment.

2. Check-out: Check-out before 12:00. Late check-out is possible upon request, subject to availability, and may require additional payment.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the estimated time of arrival in order to avoid a fine in the amount of the cost of the first night. In case of no-show, the first night's fee will be charged.

4. Payment: Payment for the entire period of stay is made upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards, cash and online payments.

5. Children and extra beds: Children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Extra beds are available upon request, subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

6. Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. In case of violation of this rule, a cleaning fee will be charged.

7. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
